PRG Golf – Evolving from an accessory supplier into a true golf brand.

PRG Golf is the world’s largest independent golf accessory company, originally founded on the mission of helping customers elevate their brands through premium, custom-designed products. By supplying 90 of the top 100 golf courses across the U.S. and Europe, as well as leading OEMs, PRG quickly established itself as the category’s go-to accessory partner. As the golf market evolved and new competitors emerged, the company recognized the need to transition from a behind-the-scenes accessory provider into a more visible and recognizable consumer-facing brand. I was brought in to build an internal creative team, establish consistent brand standards, and elevate the company’s overall visual identity.
 

Following a comprehensive discovery phase, we executed a strategic brand refresh—beginning with a redesigned website that shifted focus from trade communications toward consumer engagement and stronger visual storytelling. We also launched a line of PRG-branded golf accessories available online and through retail partners nationwide. To further strengthen the company’s positioning, we proactively partnered with premium golf properties and manufacturers, offering creative and design services to cultivate long-term strategic relationships. These initiatives, combined with focused creative leadership, resulted in exclusive creative/marketing partnerships with L.A.B. Golf, St. Andrews Links, and Streamsong Resorts.
